Questions from caterers
Is the basic listing really free?
Yes. A basic listing costs nothing, has no time limit and does not require a card. It carries your name, address, phone, one service-area city, up to three photos and your position in search and city results. Paid tiers add capacity and placement, not access.
How do you decide which caterers show first?
By a quality score built from how complete and verifiable your listing is: working contact details, a real description, photos, published menus, price range, guest limits, whether the listing is claimed and verified, and your review rating and volume. Featured listings sit above that in a labelled slot. Paying does not change anyone else's score or the order of the organic results below.
How do quote requests reach me?
By email to the address on your listing, immediately, with the customer's own address as the reply-to so you can answer directly. Pro and Featured listings also get a text message. Requests are only sent to caterers whose stated city, guest range and service style fit the event.
I already appear on the site. How do I take control of my listing?
Find your listing and use the “Claim this listing” link. We verify ownership by sending a code to the phone number or email already published for the business, or by manual review if neither is current. Once claimed you can edit everything, add photos and menus, and respond to reviews.
